Our Studio

You'll love our new location. Inside, almost twice the space as Stay Fit Studio "1". A huge Spinning area for the 20 StarTrac bikes equipped with computers. Our new Studio will be perfect for your Yoga, Pilates, Core Strength and other classes. A bigger massage room. A separate facial and waxing room. A separate personal training area! When you arrive, an entrance area to hang out, check out our merchandise and wellness products, even an area for open workouts (machines & weights).

We're also a "green facility" with recycled bottles, eco-friendly lighting and yoga & pilates mats made of natural fabrics.
